Taking it Slow

A lot of the time, when you simply slow it down it can help a tremendous amount. A lot of people find they get overwhelmed and get to a point where they simply cannot perform if things are rushed. Don’t think about the movies where the characters can hardly keep their hands off of each other. Don’t think about anything too sexy actually. Focus on breathing and keep yourself just turned on enough for that moment.

Taking Breaks

If you find yourself having issues in the middle of sex you will need to simply take a break. There are a lot of times when people find they get overwhelmed during the act and will have to bow out early. If need be, don’t be afraid to ask for a short break.

Being Honest

The most important thing that you can do is simply be honest with your partner. It may be embarrassing but it is something that will actually relieve a lot of anxiety when they are in on your situation.
